The Health and wellness club focuses on helping individuals realize the value of their health, personal and social importance to achieve and maintain their best health and well-being.
The Health and Wellness club plan on activities to promote healthy living choices such as Workshops on Body Mass Index, Art activities to articulate their emotions, to calm their mind, using creativity and imagination to gain contact with their inner child, Poster making, Oral Rehydration Solution preparation and Life skill classes.
